By accessing the system you:

• comply with all User Terms of Service;
• comply with all applicable laws and governmental regulations, including, but not limited to, data protection, privacy, and regulations promulgated by any government agencies;
• use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the services;
• keep passwords and all other login information confidential;
• monitor and control all activity conducted through your account;
• immediately notify us if you become aware of or suspect any illegal or unauthorized activity or a security breach involving your account;

By accessing the system you do not:

• permit any third party that is not an Authorized User to access or use a username or password for the services;
• share, transfer or otherwise provide access to an account designated for you to another person;

The service provided by the platform enables you to collect data online or offline using mobile phones, tablets, or computers. In addition consultancy services and survey development services are provided for which you can contact us by email.

The service will become available as soon as your payment has been received. Your subscription will not be automatically renewed, you will reminded by email when your subscription is about to expire. The fees charged for the services may be changed at any time; the change will become effective only at the end of your current subscription period.

At any time you can cancel your subscription and request a refund:

• Your refund will be calculated based on your usage and bank charges.
• To receive a refund go to subscriptions and cancel your subscription, the refund will be added to your credits. Send us an email to claim your refund.

You will be able to access your data for a period of 30 days after your subscription has expired. You will be responsible to export your data within this period. When your subscription has expired you will not be able to send data collected from a mobile device to the system. Collected data on your mobile device will be send as soon as you renew your subscription.

Denkami does not claim ownership of any data you collect, input, store, paste, or submit to the system; you retain absolute ownership and control of your data. Under applicable regulations, including the Zambia Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021, you act exclusively as the Data Controller for all datasets managed in your account. Denkami acts purely as an automated infrastructure service provider and a Data Processor operating under your explicit direction.

Denkami maintains robust security standards, including enterprise-grade database encryption at rest and secure connection layers in transit. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that your data is securely hosted and stored on cloud infrastructure operated by DigitalOcean located in Germany (European Union).

If you process, paste, or collect personal data belonging to citizens or residents of Zambia, or any other jurisdiction, you assume sole legal responsibility for ensuring complete compliance with regional cross-border data transfer laws. You warrant that you have obtained explicit, unambiguous consent from data subjects regarding the processing, transmission, and storage of their information outside regional borders before using our system. Denkami assumes zero liability for unauthorized international data flows executed through your account.
